The school is out and there is tension in the air. Porto’s streets and cafés are filling with tourists. The old, derelict parts of town are now the centres of gentrification. Riding on his bicycle, Vicente observes this unstoppable transformation. It is no longer the city he knows – the world is changing and he is changing with it.
